Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end processes for various IT roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior recruiters, sharing expertise to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling technical roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
