Что для нас важно:
Владение английским языком на уровне B2 или выше для свободного общения,
- Развитые коммуникативные навыки,
- Опыт работы Support Manager будет плюсом,
- Опыт в области продаж или стремление к развитию в этом направлении.
Что необходимо будет делать:
- Вести общение с клиентами продукта и помогать им решать сложившиеся проблемы;
- Информировать клиентов о преимуществах нашего продукта, консультируя по выбору наиболее подходящего сервиса;
- Принимать обращения о технических проблемах и передавать информацию в отдел тестирования;
- Следить и анализировать отзывы о продукте в AppStore и GooglePlay, выявляя направления для улучшения.
