CIG Techelectro (ТПГ “Техэлектро”)

Project description: The project consists of a two apps:

- Web application for automating document flow, logistics and forecasting between dozens of legal entities belonging to the same group of companies, including: trade agencies, transport organizations, foreign economic activity companies, a manufacturing company and storage-companies.

- Android applications for the Data Collection Terminal (DCT) in the warehouses of the group of companies.

Achievements: I played a major role in creation of the application for DCT at the stage of elicitation of requirements, writing specifications, testing the application, preparation of instructions and learning of the key users.

Also I organized and led meetings, elicited requirements and wrote project documentation for replenishment module, stock picking batch feature, shipping lists and receive lists features (including work with dropshipping  methods, cross-docking, transit warehouses, etc.)

Binta 

Project description: Binta is a comprehensive Saas/Paas solution for businesses in various fields of activity: production, online/offline trading (b2b, b2c), service sector (repair, service). Binta provides an opportunity to run your business even from a smartphone.

Achievements: I took a lead part in elicitation of requirements, prototyping and writing specifications for the planning module. I designed a powerful tool for strategic forecasting and reconciliation of plans across different departments of an enterprise.
I worked on integration with delivery services and Internet acquiring in the e-commerce module.

MDF-Techno Fasad

Project description: Web application which includes ERP and CRM functions for furniture manufacturer with sophisticated manufacturing processes. Application  provides integration with the work centers' control program.

Achievements: I worked with the quality points and scrap flow solution, took part in the training of key users, prepared the requirements for data exchange between the control program and the web application. I have designed barcode generation functions.
I got experience of some actions of the project management through negotiations, defense of the cost of services, release demonstrations, and progress reports.
